[Resolved]  Saijayini Builders — Unfinished projects in Mysore

Sai Jayini builders have duped consumers in Mysore. They have unfinished projects which they are not willing to complete. These are Brindavan and SaiJothi. The propreiter Senthil who hails from Coimbatore is absconding. One owner from Bangalore who has purchased an apartment with SaiJayini is trying to get owners to come together and file a complaint in order to claim compensation from this builder. If you are one of those customers please do write messages on this board and we can further discuss how to minimize our losses. It also appears that HDFC has a significant role in approving these builders and duping people to avail loans from them.

We have also been duped by this company. My co-sister and I had booked 1 flat each in their "SAI ENCLAVE" project located at Old No.40, New No.23, Pillaiyar Koil Street, Rajaji nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 600041in July, 2003. We met Senthil Kumaran, Mahalakshmi, Lakshminarayan and Vijayasree. Nothing happened for months after our booking and paying almost the entire money. They kept saying there were some small issues with the land and would be sorted out soon. After following up for 3 years [during which Lakshminarayan had left the company], we said we were not interested and wanted our money back. After months of discussion, we were given 3 cheques - all of which were not honoured because of insufficient funds in their account. We were then promised bankers cheques - which were not given. Subsequently, both Senthil Kumaran and Mahalakshmi stopped picking up our calls and when we called their office [several times], we were told that both were not available.
We then initiated a criminal case against Senthil Kumaran in Chennai and the case is at an advanced stage coming up for trial.
I wonder if all o[censored]s can exchange information and discuss some method to recover as much of our money as possible from Senthil Kumaran. It appears that many individuals have filed cases against Senthil Kumaran.

At what stage your criminal case is in now? We have haerd that their Chennai office and home is seized by bank. There is no communication from Senthil or Mahalakshmi from 2010. Except for I get some social network request from Mahalakshmi once in a while :)

[protected] - this number belongs to Mahalaxmi (saijayini) and she is selling flats in coimbotore. This is the only country where criminals walk free and continue to do crime.

we Dr Prakash R Naik and Mrs Dr Chandavar Vidya R have paid full money for the purchase of a flat at SaiKIngsdale project at Bangalore, Senthil Kumar and Mahalaxmi insted of handing over the property they have handed over the property to Land owner since they did not complete their share. Nor they respond to phone calls nor available at Chennai. I have filed the complaint in the state consumer forum against the builders and the land owner. I am one of the affected parties, I started this thread a few years ago and am shocked to see so many people affected all over South India. Does somebody know if Senthil is arrested? Do we get at least a portion of our money back, how does it work?

Our property is called Sai Jothi its in Mysore. There is an association that is trying to resolve the issue by taking up the construction and finishing the project, we are working with them. But will we ever be compensated by Sai Jayini?

Senthil came and signed the agreement to hand over rights to the landowners in Mysore. The police have not been able to reach him so far it appears.

Have you won the case? Because, me and my husband bought 2 flats in SAI ENCLAVE in 2004. Got them registered in June-2004. We tried to get back the money and had checks bounced. We relocated to US and so, we couldn't follow up anymore, became helpless and left the 8 to 9 Lakhs out.
After almost 9 years, he set a mail to ask if we want to settle money And then, nothing now.
We were wondering what triggered this communication and stumbled across this site. I am guessing you wont the case against him and may be he is ordered to contact everyone he duped.

I don't think he is arrested. When did you get email from him? If you can provide the details of the email, we can give it to Police for tracing him. We have filed a cheating case against him in Bangalore for cheating 11 o[censored]s. We have paid on an average of 25 lakhs+ and the construction stopped midway in 2009!

Sai Mahal apartments beside GR tech park, whitefield Bangalore comes under the same builders ? Please let me know... I have lot of complaints about the maintenance supervisor George. He is collecting 3000 rs as maintenance from 24 flats. he has appointed only two securities on shift basis, 2 ladies for mopping. He always complains about water supply but I dont see any lorries coming and filling the sump - he just connecting the pipe lines from near by apartment Srinivasa Emerald and bringing the bore water inside.

He is collecting 72 K as maintenance.. at the max he is spending 20K for securities and cleaning ladies... what happened to the rest of the money ... he is not repairing the gym equipment s, not buying enough diesel for generators .. I hope this forum will monitor all the Sai Jayani properties ... please guide me the correct forum to take action on such things if I am wrongly placed this here ..
Hi, this has reference to my post in this forum couple of years back. I need to update all those who had seen my post, need to say that Mr Badri the original land owner has seen the plight of ppl like me who had invested hard earned money to strive and complete the project with all due dillegence . I have got possession of my flat and I am staying here peacefully, I understand the value of flat has appeticated too, Atlest 10 families reside here . Thanks to Badri and all stake holders here, I am happy here given to the calm and peaceful environment compared to the place I came from .thank you for reading this and sorry for delayed update, god bless .

flats are airy . I am thankful to Mr. Ramanath Gupta & Mr. Badrivishal, who came forward & completed the project.


In fact we wish more people buy these apartments .

I had booked the flat in Sai Brindavan in 2007 and later cheated by the builder with bounced cheques upon cancellations. But the original land owners Mr. Ramanath Gupta and Mr. Badrivishal were kind enough to settle the case amicably few months back.

Great to know that you all got your apartments in Mysore, but we still struggling to have a solution in Bangalore we 11 o[censored]s have brought flats in Sai Satyam, which is still the same status even after five years, Land owner is not taking any initiative to complete the project and builder is absconding, any suggestion on this regard is highly appreciated.
I have invested huge money with him and not able reach him if anyone knows any information pls share.

On 2009 now his managing partner s in charge of all the projects in bangalore

Mayalakshmi Construction, Bikrampur, Rani, Kamrup, Assam, Pin-781130 — Inordinate delay in Handing over of Booked flats to Customers.

The above company has collected advance booking money from various customers and started constructing apartments. But, even after collecting full agreed money from various customers, he is not handing over the apartments.

This comment is with reference to my post in this forum couple of years back. I need to update all those who had seen my post, need to be updated that Mr Praveen Reddy (S/O Land owner - Mr. Sathya Reddy) has seen the plight of ppl and put all his efforts to complete the project with all due dillegence . Most of them have got possession of their flat and I will be shifting here sometime soon.

Thanks to Mr. Praveen and all the credits go to him and his team. Indeed a valuable property for anyone to invest now...
