Understand guys, whoever reading my postings, if you do 100% productivity with minimum 80% accuracy month after month, you receive 20% rework. That means for 1 slot, 10400 with 2 working TAT. Once again its not 2 complete days like 48 hours. It is 2 working days, (10 hours shift x 2).. You might be able to finish 4000, OR may be 5000 within 2 working days with 60% minimum accuracy.
So The calculation is:
1 slot
Target : 52000
Done : 52000
Correct Forms: 41600 (80% accuracy)
Rework Sent : 10400
Rework Done: 5000
Correct forms: 3000 (60% accuracy)
Total correct Forms: 41600 + 3000 = 44600
Total gross payment: 446000
Penalty for Data shortage:[protected]% of monthly scheduled data)
Net Payment :[protected] = 212000
Weekly advance will be deducted from the same and after deducting the 10.23% TDS, monthly payment will be disbursed to the concern BA.
So understand, the calculation, the billing depends on 100% productivity and decent accuracy. Not even 100% accuracy.

Agree with you Mr Abhijeet but there are few things I want to know.
1.) why you hide that the data will be so long.at the time of BAs operator total digits hv to fill were 90 to 95.but in live that data become 145 digits per form.
2.) Why you made the time fixed for 10hrs for 400 forms as its not your concern that BAs make it in one shift or two shift.you should be concerned with total work and total accuracy.
3.) In demo data the software was userfriendly but in live software it was very hectic as the operator were not able to check the digit bcz of small chracter.
4.) why you locked the file.
5.) In demo data all the data was according to software but that wasnt in live software.You changed all the columns so that it takes more time and operator also get confused.
6.)last but not least If they were not good enough than why you gave them live data.
7.) At the time of contract you told us that you can go for overtime than in protocal u make it 10hrs fix.
8.) On bet, tell me one operator only who has completed 400 forms in one day.not askiing about his company name.

Now I realy appreciate these questions, what you are asking for?? Because this is the first time, somebody asking logical questions not blamming us.

Even anybody can voouch for that, we always mention, if some operator can finish the DEMO data within 5 hours with above 90% accuracy, they are fit for LIVE. Can you disagree??? We even said to several people, please make your own data for practice purpose. Do all research and Development while working on DEMO. But everybody keen to start the LIVE immediately. No one bother about DEMO.
Number Two: Understand, this is one shift work and we nade it very clear on the first day of sign-up. However do consider 1 hour extra job(30 minite before the sift timing and 30 min after shift timing) without even asking for it. If contract says, you cannot work more number of operators as well as more number of systems, that decided on the first day. Then why to raise question on this??
Let me tell you, there is a calculation behind also. For our billing there is a calculation for number operator working number of hours and productivity. We get hourly payout, so that calculation is necessary.
Number three question: Did you ever tried to communicate to us??? there is a solution. And there is a procedure to do that. And believe me that is also i have learnt from one of the successful BA.
Number four: We do not lock the file. We receive it like that way for data security purpose. Though I am not bound to answer this question, because you should not be bothered whether the file is locked or not. Number Five:I belive in first point you have the answer for this question. Still Belive me if you practice well with proper procedure, this is not at all a problem. You can try it. If you need my assistance, let me know.
Number Six: Belive me we have never forced anybody to go live. Although we have encourage all the BAs to run the DEMO until they are comfortable with the process and work. Almost 95% BAs force to upload the LIVE immediately. If anybody can say truth, you can ask.
We have made this very clear that this is one shift work to everybody. So why do ask this question, I dont know. And 10 hours are more than sufficiant for one shift. What do you think?

After giving all the explanation to all of you all, still if you all are not even bothered to understand the process of work, really difficult to explain.
I have explained the process details to you all in open forum. Even the project details written by Madhu(So called) on the top, that is the advartisement posted in Internet. NOT IN THE AGREEMENT.
The DEMO and LIVE software has only one difference, which is the protection level of output forms.
Why do guys bothered about that, if you are doing good job. Everybody is doing it successfully.
Can anybody say, we have not informed it while sign-up????? (DEMO and LIVE software)
After knowing every details of the process you all have signed up. Are you guys so un-proffesional, you didn't even bother to check the agreement??? However we always send it with approval mail.
85% BAare comleting 100% production, 60% BAs are above 80% accuracy and only 6% BAs have negative invoice. If you are one of them, you seems to be inkepeble and not suitable for these kind of job.

Guys, let inform you both, just for public demand, we have organized a Open forum BA meeting in end of April 2011. We will launch the new process over there too. If you would been kepeble enough to handle these kind of Non-voice process, you could have invited on this too.Perhaps, all successful BA will be present out there.
Still, I have full faith, if you groom yourself, you can also do the same. Ofcourse for that, you need to blame yourself first because of any unsuccessful process implementation.
I can once again give you a chance, believe me. I also feel, that you are too im-matured and heart-broken, that is why you are writting these wrong things. But believe me, I dont have any personal grivances against you all.
