[Resolved]  Samhita Constructions — Poor Quality of Construction

Samhita Constructions owned by one Mr.Reddy had constructed apartments in the area of C V Raman Nagar. There are severe leakages in the apartments during rain season. The bathrooms of some floors are leaking.Once fully occupied and transferred to owners association, builder will not take any responsibility of these serious problems. Tenants are ending by paying themselves to fix these. BEWARE of this Builder.! Apart from cost of flat you will end up in paying additional lakhs from your pocket to fix these leaks!!
Quality of plumbing and pipe fittings are poor, residents are changing the pipe fittings within a year due to malfunction/leakages from pipes

you could have checked on mouthshut.com before taking a decision. I decided not to go for this builder after reading the review and discussing with those who had purchased through samhita.

If only, we had known about this builder when we were going to book an apartment with them in 2011, we would have been saved from this. Quality was construction is very poor. They have all the time in this world for you till you book an apartment with them. Once you have booked you are taken for a ride. Apart from quality of construction, they take longer time to complete the project fully and hand it over to the association. Many of the promised things such as rain water harvesting, gym etc are yet to see the light of the day. Car parking allotment is very very unfair. Its done on the 'wishes' of Mr. Yogesh Reddy. Had to pay 2 lakhs for this wish which we were not happy with. On request for a change, he rejected our request. We asked for a fair allotment by atleast taking a lot in front of everyone. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APARTMENT WITH THIS SAMHITA CONSTRUCTIONS.

absolutely. I will never recommend this builder to anyone.

Their constructions are 'model' constructions. They are models of how apartments should not be constructed
