I have an issue with my investment proof documents. I invested my money Rs. 15000 in Birla Sun life insurance plan. I was agreed to invest Rs. 15000 per year on BSLI Saral Wealth Plan. After paying the money I received proof documents for my investment after few days. Proof document shows I have invested Rs. 15000 on half yearly basis. That means I have to invest Rs. 15000 half yearly as per the document made. Immediately I contacted Birla Insurance office and ask them to change (I contacted the person – Birla sun life insurance employee, who was in touch with me from starting of my investment) the document as per my initial request (Rs. 15000 per year). He asked apology for inconvenience and agreed to change immediately.
He collected the documents from me and worked on that as per my request then given back after few weeks. When I check the new document it was showing the same information’s. The documents are not modified instead of that he (Birla employee) asks me pay as per printed one, that means is I have to pay Rs. 15000 half yearly. I explained my situation and requested him so many times, but he was trying me to compromise to invest as per document made (Rs. 15000 on half yearly basis). After that I escalated this to Birla customer care and waiting for the solution. But no response from last 45 days. I feel very bad and I was cheated by the person / company. Since I am not receiving any reply from Birla now I am struggling because of this issue, I not able to use this document for Tax declaration and Birla Company not changing the document as well.
I requested them to close my account and refund my money also, but no response from company side. Please help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Because in another few months I have to invest again Rs. 15000 as per their mistake document or else I don’t have confident that I will get my money back.
