I got approved for a new gas connection from HP.
I reached the distributor point and enquired for the connection.
Distributor have asked to purchase the connection along with stove.
I have asked for the proceedure without a stove as I am already carrying a stove which is 5 yrs old used in my college days, which is an ISI marked.,
For the same he had filled up a form and sent for verification.
One of the distributor executive have visited the house and said that stove is old and have to purchase a new stove and if you buy from outside, you have to produce the bill
For the same i have raised a complaint with HP (Complaint No:[protected] and the same kind of reply came from the company
When taken the stove from the distributor, they have liberally provided the connection with out any questions.
