[Resolved]  Sandesh Gas Suppliers — Transfer of Gas connection not done properly

Dear Sir,

I applied for transfer of gas connection from Pune to Chennai. Below are the details for the same.
Distributor details:
Distributor Code:-112239
Distributor Name:-Sandesh Gas Suppliers
Location:-Pimpri,Pune
Dealing with:-Bharat Gas

My Details:

Consumer no:-37460
Transfer voucher no:-[protected]
Transfer voucher dt:-12/09/2011
Transfer voucher Validity:- One year

But now when I went to the near by gas agency in Chennai, they say that there is no details about this transfer online. I don't know who is the originator of this mistake. I am in need of gas connection now and the transfer voucher's validity also ends by 12/09/2012. Now if I search with my consumer no in the Bharat Gas website, it says "Invalid Consumer no". I tried calling Bharath Gas customer service centre in chennai[protected]/26216869/[protected] and in Pune([protected]). Despite many attempts, I could not hear from them(They are not at all picking up the call). Please help to resolve this issue.
