i also agree with them. 10 defence personnel including me kp dubey from navy, army also taken plots at sarwal, namkum, ring road, ranchi.IF you will not mutation our lands on our name we will take strict action against you.

anybody got any udpates on the Sanjeevani Buildcon case...not sure what is the progress...
@rajukhural - I have in phase I under plot 271...

Now there is no news on sanjivani build con fraud case...Jharkhand sarkar has not taking any action...
If anybody will get any news regarding this then please comment...

i manish kumar registered a plot (road no-02, plot no- 07 ) in namkum ring road project . if you will not mutation our lands on my name & not given possision of the plot, i will taken legal action aganist you. the agents ( Bhaskar and Tapan ) are also included in the legal action . my contact number is [protected].

I Hope All the people who are facing problem related to mutation .

I purched 100sq yard plot in ghaziabad u.p. I have the registry but the mutation not done.If i want to sell this plot its possible or not

Please tell me how to approach for the "Mutation Paper" for the Plot in Aishwarya Residency in Ranchi. I've downloded the certified copy of the Deed from the government website. The original Deed is, I think with the Police, as they seized Sanjeevani Buildcom Office and captured all the documents. Should I approach the Police? What should I do for the Mutation, original Deed?, please Reply...

I, Mritunjay Kumar is also one of the victim of Sanjeevani buildcon Pvt Ltd. I purchased plot at ormanjhi, ukrid, ranchi in Dec 2010 and i am in receipt of mutation and allotment paper. I have given the money for the development of the site also. But today i am not in the possession of land. Any one victim at the same site may please contact for the further action and step to initiate. I have not registered any compliant in any police station but i have written my complaint to SSP Ranchi and DC Ranchi. and SSP Ranchi have replied me that CBI enquiry is in progress so any action would be initiated after completion of enquiry. Please suggest me.

My Name is Rajesh Kumar, I have also paid Rs 4 Lac to sanjeevani buildcon for 1800 sq feet land at future city namkum.Till Now mutation not done since currently all case is under CBI review, we are hoping Court will definately give suitable judgement either for return of money or allot a plot of 1800 Sq foot .
