sapthagiri college of engineering — no staffs in our civil department

sir, As i am doing my BE civil engineering see there is no staffs in our department and we are troubling that in feature what we are going do. Sir nearly more than 150 students having a problem.In our institution there is no LAB facilities properly,and our management don't response any thing.Now the faculties are only guest lecturers they are taking class only one day. sir please take this problem to our annauniversity coimbatoe.
