I am the registered member of Saraswati Kunj House Building Society Vill Wazirarabad Gurgaon since1998 for a plot measuring 100 sq yds. I have paid the entire amount as and when asked by the socity.Whenever the office bearers are approached they say the case is subjudice in the High Court Chandigarh. I believe thousands of investors have been cheated and lost all the hopes of getting their land. Please let me knkow the state of the society .I have paid all the amount as demanded by the society. I too am a registered member of Saraswati Kunj House Building Society Vill Wazirarabad Gurgaon since 19950 for a plot measuring 250 sq yds. I too have made all payments as and when asked by the society. I have not been handed over my plot. It seemed like things were getting under control with the election last year but nothing seems to have happened. Given that the society has been practically taken over by the Administrator HUDA Gurgaon since 2004, I am keen to find out the current status of my plot.

May be by this website poor people reach their awaiting piece of land in sawaswati kunj co.op. housing society.
My mother is the eligible member we have all the papers of payments we made time to time we also have the allotment letter in the draw of lots of 100 sq yards held on 23.11.91.
My queries are how do i connect with all the updates.
how do i became a member of society.
if i miss last installment then the what decision will be made for me by the society.
please revert back as early as possible we have not made any voting till date because we dont know any movement is going on the land of Saraswati kunj co-op. house building society wazirabad, gurgaon, (Haryana)
now by this website we come to know about some movement there i also put a complaint on consumer website with the name of Sonia Sharma (Doughter of Shakuntla Arora).

I have paid the partial amount as and when asked by the socity.Whenever the office bearers are approached they say the case is subjudice in the High Court Chandigarh. I believe thousands of investors have burnt their fingers and lost all the hopes of getting their piece of land. Though the society has been practically taken over by the Administrator HUDA Gurgaon since 2004 but nothing has been done to protect the interests of the gullible poor people.Could please help me out in getting my plot at the earliest.

Like most of you, I am one of the original members since 1988, made most of the payments for over two decades. It is so painful and disheartening to see that political goonda-ism and rampant corruption resulted in the mess up that we all are witnessing. Genuine members never got the allotment and some elements who became members even after a decade or so got allotment.

Needless to say vested interests, land mafia and eyes of political bigwigs are on the land. Politicians and bureaucrats in collusion with land mafia and builders would do everything to acquire this land thru government agencies and then got it allotted for development by dlf or some other groups.

So what can we do. The only hope is the justice system in the country but the process is slow, costly and painful.

If we do not do anything, we should not hope to get any thing out of it in this lifetime, we would be lucky if we get our money back with interest. But if we join hands (not with property dealers and land mafia) together and get ready to sacrifice, we can possibly hope to get some justice which at least be useful for our next generation.

I am ready to take the initiative and form an Alliance of the membership and enter into a legal battle with authorities and the office bearers of the association. I want to get genuine members there rightful due. But it would call for some sacrifice. We can hire some prominent lawyers and involve media in raising our voice.

Please let me know your thoughts and we can get something started.

The only solution what I think is Administrator should take over this society and hand over plots to eligible members who have made the full payments. It's more than 20 years now and we have already wasted our lives waiting for these corrupt society people to get our plots registered. If we get again wrong people elected in election then again it will be wait for another 10-15 years for all those legal battles and misdeeds to newly elected members.

I am Dr. A.P.S. Verma working in Indian Agricultural Research Institute New Delhi and registered houner of a plot in Saraswati kunj society. Some unsocial element constructed unauthorized structure on my plot but society not taking any action against this structure. But society not permit the houner to construct the house on his plot.

Any news about when is the election for Executive Committee? Any other developments? Are we heading to a solution to this long over due project: allotment, water and electric connections to start building and getting the land cleaned since many of the areas have been occupied by those who are not allottees?

Since 25/5/1995 I am a member of The Saraswati Kunj Cooperative Group Building Society Ltd, Wazirabad, Sector 53-54, Gurgaon, Haryana. I have paid most of the money for my 250 sq yards plot and never received any advice about hand over of plot. Atul K Garg

Is any good news will come after taking the rein of "Haryana" by BJP as we have all hopes from them as only Haryana Government can fix the issue and the make plot owners happy to have the good colony there.
