[Resolved]  SARATHI GAS, BIJU PATNAIK CHAK, PO: TULSIPUR, CUTTACK-753 008(ORISSA) — DELATORY PROCESS IN DELIVERY OF DOMESTIC GAS

My consumer No.4935 of HP gas supplier M/s.Sarathi Gas, At/Bijupatnaik Chhak, PO: Tulsipur, Cuttack-753 008 with double sylinder provision. Normally, one sylinder goes 25 days for my family consumption. But unfortunately on booking after 10 to 15 days the gas is being delivered with much pursuation over phone[protected]/2303177), sending representatives time and again. This is continuing since last one year. On booking (i.e. after 15 days of receipt of first sylinder) the agecy reply are "gas has not come, wait for 4/5 days, we have already despatched, if pursued much the reply please collect from the depot on the spot payment and sometime the booking feeding got virus". Their records can speak well about the truth of my grievance. This time also since last 10 days of my booking I am carrying the same fate maintaining my family without gas. Can your goodself give justice to my small grievance, Thanks.

Being a customer (Consumer No. 6479) of the same gas agency, it has really become very hectic task to get a cylinder delivered at the doorstep even after booking it and giving phone calls every alternate day. The answers they give for delay in delivery has already been mentioned in details by Mr. Niranjan Das. Hopefully, its peak time to take some actions against these who actually sell cylinders to non registered users at a hiked price for their profit and genuine customers like us have to suffer. In today's busy & fast world, the working class like me have to report to the job places in time to save our jobs within which its not at all possible to go for cylinder collection on spot. Further, when there are other gas agencies providing door delivery services promptly in the same city, isn't it a matter of consumer rights to avail the service from our Sarathi Gas agency? To add to my complaint, there was a customer grievance phone no. that used to be displayed on the wall previously. That has been shifted to some place where normally a customer visiting the office won't visibly find or else it has been removed.
It would be fine to give a soft link or email id to book the gas refilling which might be more helpful than the telephone numbers provided to consumers as both the numbers are not available most of the time. either it is engaged or not responding. its quite embarrassing. I hope the agency as well as HP Gas will seriously look into the matter and take necessary action asap .
Please pick up the phone. It is disgusting to spend hours calling at your office for a simple gas booking issue. My consumer number is 5195 and after sereis of phone calls to your office i have nothing but to ask you to refill my cylinder on a complaint box. Please do the necessary and give me a refilled cylinder at the earliest.

LAST THREE HOUR COUNTINUOSLY I AM TRYING TO CONTACT ON YOUR OFFICE NO.[protected]. SOMETIME IT HAS NO REPLY AND SOMETIME IT WAS BUSY. I THINK YOU SHOULD RESIGN FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP.
I told you 4 days before to deliver a gas cylinder in a situation of tank is out of gas but the sarathi gas agency employee did not respond after informing him 5 times .sarathy gas agency don't take any person problem serious.so informing me partha sarathi to leave his dealership.
