In the captioned subject, we Ashok K. Parekh and Rita Ashok Parekh have sent you two Registered A. D. posts on 23.12.2008, requesting you to issue duplicate Deep Discount Bonds along with (i) Indemnity Bond (ii) Questionnaire Form and (iii) Surety Form (iv) Demand Draft for Rs.700/-, the formalities and advised by you for following:
(1) L/F: 342815 Bond Distinctive No.326621 in joint names of Ashok K. Parekh & Rita A. Parekh and
(2) L/F: 342814 Bond Distinctive No.326620 in joint names of Rita A. Parekh & Ashok K. Parekh
Its more than 10 months now and we are yet to hear from you in the matter.
We therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and send duplicate bonds at the earliest.
