Respeted Sir, I am a consumer fo LPG from Indian Oil Corporation and my gas agency is Sarvatra gas service bramha nagar kanpur. my consumer no is 2143.
I have booked a cylinder on 19 January 2011 for home delivery. my booking no. is 4845. after 1 month on 19 february 2011, I have contacted Mr. Rajeev at gas agency and got assurance that it will be delivered within 2 days but it has not delivered till date. since then I have contacted Mr. Rajeev several times but all went in vain.
So I request u to instruct gas agency to regularise the delivery of gas cylinder atleast the interval of 1 month
It is harrassment to the consumer by not providing such essential service since last four months because cylinder id booked after 21 days interval of last cylinder delivered.
