Ref:MH/13662 Mr. Anil Mhatre EPF Account No. MH/13662/335 settlement claim form 10 D under EPS submitted to your office on 12/05/2010.
Pension not yet comenced. Reminder has been sent on20/07/2010 however no reply.
On 07/12/2010 personally visited Bandra Office. Call Mr. Wania who told that the matter is looked after by Ms. Sukhada Parker and she is absent today. So he would follow up the matter with her and arrange to sent the said file forward.However till this date no reply no progess.
I wish to know what is reasonable time for settlement of pension? Whether EPO would pay Interest on the delayed amount? why such long time of 7 months is required to process?
After Bandra office process the file would move to Kandivali Office there again the file would take its own time.How much a pensioner should wait to receive his eligible pension amount please advise. Was this information helpful? |
