Satyam Cinema — Mismanagement

On dated 15march we went for movie show at 8.10pm in theatre 2nd of movie kahaniwe reached on window at 8pm it was very bad experience at bookin counter the person was not compitable to issue ticket
In my front 3 more persons were he issued us ticket at 8.20 the show already started
So pls make proper person to issue the ticket
