SATYAM COMPUTER SERVICES LIMITED — Already paid my Tax 2008-09

I have already paid my Tax for the assessment year 2008-09 and i am suppose to get refund of 5462.00,but recently i have received a letter from income tax department intimation under section 143(1) wherin there is no clear infromation on my refund.Please do the needful.PAN no BGAPS6070F.

Note :During this period my tax was deducted through my monthly salary where i have given my PAN NO as DGAPS6070F instead of BGAPA6070F.Attached form 16 fro your reference.
