Satyam Computer Services — HARASSMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN BENCH (PREPARING FOR GETTING INTO CLIENT PROJECTS)

Dear Sir,

We are facing a lot of torture from our R.M. in Chennai HCU JAVA.(WILFRED_RAJU) He is not in a situation to give the confidence to the Associates about technical concepts. We are laterals in sat yam.

Here are some of the points I am mentioning about what we have faced under this R.M.

1. We are not treated as an Associate but as School children.
2. He is not in a situation to address the associates in a proper way, Eg: He calls us by clapping hands.
3. He is treating us like Slaves.
4. He is not clear about what he wants to communicate.
5. He won’t communicate to the Associates through proper mails.
6. He is torturing the Associates by threatening daily about the salary.
7. We are losing the confidence day by day.
8. He is very partial to some Associates, who agrees to all what he says.
9. He hasn’t sent any official mails to the Associates till now regarding any meeting, he will call them right away.
10. He has delegated the authorities to some associates, who seem to misuse it.
11. At times, when he doesn’t understand what we communicate in English at a fast pace, he asks us to speak in regional language.
12. He and His allies (Sriraman_Kalyanaraman and sureshraj_deivanayagam) don’t seem to be aware of the Satyamway and they let us also speak any policies regarding that, all that is expected o[censored]s, is blind obedience.
13. Every Satyamite is a leader, that is what we understood in the Induction, but though not being treated as Leaders, we wish to be treated at least as associates.

Satyam Computer Services Ltd — Delay Indane Gas Supply

Hi All,

I have shifted to my new house in Nizampet Road on July2009,and took the Indane Gas connection from Kalpana Agency,KukatPally,Hyderabad.

For the last three months we are struggling to get gas supply,every time we got the gas after making complain to Indian Oil Head Office and that is after 15 days.Their service is very bad and rude and don't care attitude.

They have always make false commitment and they keep some vendor to supply the gas.

Is there any way/any numbers,where I can raise the complaint to the correct authority so this problem gets solved.

I have submitted my PF Withdrawal document to PF department Hyderabad and I am still waiting for my PF amount to be deposited into my bank account. When I check my PF status it say claim not received but I have submitted my document personally to HYD PF office personally and got receipt also. I need my PF amount very badly. Please help…

MY PF ACCOUNT NO: DL/18437/3409. I submitted my PF forms on 31st Nov 2010 at Wazirpur PF office, still i haven't get PF amount in my savings bank account.
