S/b Account — False debit on my account

Sir,

On June middle i used my card in SBI Atm and the ATM was hanged and my amount which i entered was debited but money was not collected the same issue was addressed to the IOB porur which my account was held but there is no reply from their side.

S/b Account — transfer of sb account

Reference my complaint no.cc[protected] registered with you has gone unheeded.
Would you kindly use your good offices to get my request complied with at your earliest.
i applied for transfer more than month back. i am still to hear about the work done.
hope i may not have to wait any longer.At least i may not be deprived of interim reply from you.
