I visited Sbarro outlet at Nehru place, New Delhi where on requesting for drinking water during lunch i was told that the outlet do not provide any free drinking water services quite contrary to most of reputed hotels and other similar outlets. On buying packed mineral water they charged me 21 Rs despite the print price of 15 Rs on the bottle. In such a scorching summer i think its a responsibility of any hotel to provide free drinking water to any guest or atleast should not charge above the print price. The above incident has led to serious mental agony and physical discomfort that is solely attributed to irresponsible and grossly arrogant behavior of Sbarro Restaurants ltd.
Through this complaint i intent to seek redressal of my mental and physical grievance caused by Sbarro Restaurants ltd. Was this information helpful? |
