I am Ravi, I received message to my cell as - "Your SBI Card has been dispatched through EXRESS IT LTD with Ref no SB[protected]. You will receive the same within 7 working days." As per my calendar it has already passed more than 3 weeks of time and also I received first month Credit card statement before receiving credit card (its funny... -:) ). But I have still not received SBI Credit Card. I raised complaint against the same to SBI people.
** The Funny part was, I asked SBI people to deliver SBI Credit Card to my office address strictly (as I gave it as my communication address). But courier person had come to my residence since it was convenient to him, by the time courier person reached my residence I was just there near to tea shop (2min walk from my residence). When my roommates called me that courier has come to me come fast to room, I was about to reach my room in 2min, person was not there, he went away which was HELL part.
I complained to SBI on EXPRESS IT LTD courier service, at least other people like me should not face the same problem, I asked them not to go for EXPRESS IT LTD for Credit Card delivery service.
Whether SBI people are culprit or courier people? SBI people received so many such complaints on EXPRESS IT LDT courier, still SBI is going for that courier service.
My complaint number against EXPRESS IT LDT, SBI Courier Complaint number- MQ[protected]. After complaining SBI customer care gave me Courier Office Number:[protected]/4. I tried calling so many times after every half an hour not even single time people received my call. I never saw such a hell courier service in my life.
