PPF A/C — PPF A/C NO lost

Hi ,
I had a PPF a/c in Subroto park branch of New Delhi , I have lost my passbook and as result i dont know my ppf a/c no , i have been advised by the SBI contact centre that I need to go to the branch to sort out the issue , can you guys please help me with the procedure to retrieve my a/c details
