SCB has given me a creidit card(No.[protected]) on 2007... I was using that card and making payments... After few months because of recession I was not able to pay regularly... After that the outstanding was converted into EMI's and i was making payments. I had given ECS mandate and other required things but somehow the money was collected by cash..The emi was supposed to close on Dec09. Since october -09 noone came and 3 emi's were pending...
When i called up customer care, i was surprised to know that none of my PAN and id details were right.. They issued a card with all fudged documents without intimating me..
Now, In march-2010 they called up for payments. I was travelling outside so i could not take calls for 2-3 days. They called at my pffice and abused the receptionist..because of which I had to resign. After that i pais another Rs.10000 on that card.
Now because of closing they have started harassing my relatives and friends.
Now, i want to know the right procedure for lodging a complaint against SCB as i 1.have lost my job
2. Cards made with fudged documents
3. they are harrasing my relatives and friends..

SCB CREDIT CARD — Rs 110000 after closing
SCB credit card.. I have used SCB credit card for 6 months in the year 2006. During the period o[censored]sing i continue to make the minimum payments. I used the card for 14720/- only. After 6 months o[censored]sing i started asking them to settle my account and continues to pay them until mid 2007. The bank was agree to close my card. I made nearly 24000/- Rs payment till the time. Suddenly after two years, i have got a call that you have 110000 as outstanding on your card. Now I am being harresed for making the payment and they made me as defaluter in the records. I am being said to pay the 52000/- within two days for closing of the card. Please help as soon as poosible.
