Dear Sir, I was employed with SCFL Since[protected]-2007). I have resigned my job due to personal reasons and applied for my PF before 4 months . But still i haven't received my PF claims or no information about the same. Kindly consider my request and take necassary steps to get my claims at earliest. PF number :MH/47242/9437. I was employed with SCILL Since[protected]-2008). We have forcely resigned from job and not relocated to other division of Stant'chat.Since October I was asking for my PF money but they showing everytime a new excuse.My contact no is [protected]

My PF dues were held by RPFC I, Bandra from transfer from old employre to new employer. I used RTI to get the money transferred and I am trying to do something to make sure the RPFC Bandra understands his responsibilities and acts properly. I am sure that if you have applied with proper form and PF department has not rejected the claim, you are winner!!! How!!! You continue to earn tax free interest and PF Commissioner will have to pay 12% Interest as per provisions of Para 72(7) of EPF Scheme, 1972. So now you are earning 20.5% per annum interest huurreee...
Still please send me complete details and form copy on my email ID, hope I will be able to help you to get money faster...
