purchased scooty latest model feb2010 from bridge stone tvs rajaji nagar bangalore. starting trouble, poor mileage. not even one day it starts in switch starter. every day 100 times kicking and taking the scooty to mecahnic shop. finally we tought to sale the vehicle. but people are asking half rate. fraud tvs. hard earned money was looted by tvs. now iam planning to campaing atleast 100 people a day to not buy tvs products. like that i can change one lakh people in one month. i will not leave this matter. even iam ready to handle criminal cases on fraud tvs. poor quality control people. total fraud people,. Scooty Streak — Service Complaint

Sub: Service Complaint.
Hi, I'm Anand Rakshagan owner of TVS SCOOTY STREAK 24 Jan 2009 model
( KA-01-EL-2432 ). I took this vehicle from MEGHDOOTH TVS Cox-town Bangalore.
I'm a regular customer for service from the time i purchased, After the 4th my scooty developed a technical snag. I approached the service center they took two days & rectified the snag & replaced the defective part but did not give the information on that what was the snag, the replaced part. It was claimed under warranty.
Now after 7th service my vehicle has the same problem. the vehicle switches off automatically while running. MY SISTER WAS ABOUT TO MEET WITH AN ACCIDENT IN THE BUSY KORAMANGALA OUTER RING ROAD.
I got serviced for the technical snag. (Bill charged) just after three days the snag remains the same.
I kindly request you to take appropriate action against the negligent technicians & officials and give the quality service & warranty.
I need to mention.
After the service, If the service is not up to the mark, when i visit to ask for a quality service even i'm charged for that visit (the service).
I believe you will do my needful request
