sir,

This has reference to my mail dt. sep.14 , As mentioned in your mail after several follow ups from our side On 15th Brilliant took our vehicle vide job card no. 4175 and we very clearly explained the problem .On 16th the vehicle was delivered by around 8.45 p.m by Mr. Dayanidhi head Service department certifying the carburator is cleaned and the vehicle is 100% ok. Inspite of repeated queries he said he has tested the vehicle whlole day and is ok he certified. Only on getting verbal assurance we acknowledged and signed for receiving the vehicle vide job card No. 4175.

Now, today 17th Sept. we did the cold start around 7.00 a.m and after then around 9.00 a.m I started to my office. The same starting problem continued and with great difficulty after struggling for 10 minutes the vehicle moved. Which means the observation has not been done and also like a fool our complaint has been ignored by Brilliant. Are the customer fools !!!!

Again after speaking to Mr. Bhoobalan, Chennai we informed the same starting problem around 1.30 p.m, Mr. Bhoobalan said he will contact Brilliant and take the vehicle as it did not get started at all. Till 5.00 p.m nobody came from Brilliant but i was disturbed during office hours unnecessarily. Finally again around 5.00 p.m contacted Mr. Boobalan and informed the status that nobody has turned from Brilliant. (please note your efficient service centre how fast they are responding to a customer who is into a real problem and from 1.30 p.m till 5.00 P.M absolutely no response.) This is the fate of a person who has paid Rs. 35,000/- down payment.

Again after several follow ups with Mr. Boopalan at 6.30 p.m showing a lot of frustration the service person from Brilliant took the vehicle, same when he started the vehicle 1. self start did not start the vehicle.
2. Tried several times it did not start
3. then he applied choke and raised and raised the throttle to the maximum then only the vehicle started after 5 minutes.
4. What ever I complained on the daty of purchase the same thing continues.

I want a refund of the entire amount of Rs. 35072/- plus Rs. 325/- towards new seat cover that I had spent. As I feel Brilliant is highly irresponsible and also they have given us a vehicle which is totally faulty. I want a clear explanation from TVS (Such a great brand causing lot of problems from the day 1 of purchase and even after 19 DAYS not able to even identity the problem) Hence I want a full refundof the vehicle as I do not wish to go in for a TVS brand anymore in my life.

USELESS VEHICLE AND USELESS SERVICE. SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK .

please take immediate action in this regard and get us the refund immediately so that I can go in for another vehicle which I need for commuting to my office as I cannot afford to spend for Auto unnecessarily, and also facing a lot of mental agony due to your inferior product and also your horrifying and untrained/ unskilled service people oriented by the top three manufacturers of vehicles (TVS).
