This person tried to spoil my career by raising false complaints against me and because of that i lost my job. He used this website as a platform for his personal revenge against me. He just made the personnel issue as an official issue and raised complaint on my company's name.

This is very unacceptable behaviour of your staff. Being in a responsible position as AVP of a company, can he do this? Being in IT team, can he misuse the technology and the purpose of website? Being a family person, cant he understand the importance of job? If he feels job is not that important ask him to resign and sit at home and please ask him not to play with others jobs and use company's name for his personal revenge. He may try to same on your organisation when he leaves your organisation too if he gets some personal issues with any of his company collegues.
