Scottish High International School — Refund of security amount

I got my daughter Laavi Harit admitted in Scottish High International School in Dec 2008. School is not refunding the refundable security amount of Rs 30000/- for no reason. i have attached the receipt of that payment.Can someone help me,i belong to a lower middle class family and really need my money back.
