I am Himavas newly married guy residing at Velachery, Chennai.
To book new Gas connection, I enquired on 21-Oct-08 wth SE Muthu Agencies, dealer for Indane Gas for the formalities.They informed me to bring address proof, and identity on 22-Oct-08 to book for the new connection and will take two months to get gas connection.When I have been to the place with mentioned documents on 22-Oct-08 in the heavy rain, they asked me to come after a week as they need to book the new connection through computer, which connection is been booked manually earlier.Now the software is not working properly and they dont have staff to operate it at this moment.I questioned them why did they ask me to come on 22-Oct-08.Staff over there replied that this is a Govt gas and delay will be like this only.Also the Manager is not at all responding to me.He insists his staff to work not to reply for my queries.
Because of the gas connection I couldnt able to cook food at home instead i am leaving my wife at my native place.
Can anyone please step in and educate this dealer, so that customers will not suffer like this???? Was this information helpful? | 
We have shifted from Kodambakkam and moved to Velachery.After completion of the transfer process we booked for gas before 12 days in muthu gas agency in Velachery for Indane gas.since 2 days they are telling just now we have sent like that and we neve received it. When called them back, those people (They are supposed to be customer care) were very rude and told things are like that only here. Our house is in the main opposite to Velachery police station, but those people not able find it. Things are very fishy over there. If anybody know where to escalate this please post it here.
