I was surprised upon reading this and Thank God that I made a research before pursuing SEAWORKS company, I am a BDE for one of the recruitment agencies in Qatar and I feel sorry for those recruitment agencies who only cares for money! Part of my job is to get clients with requirements and try to source candidates from different countries and before I start working on their request I tried to search for more information for the said companies. It's not only Seaworks w ho's not paying their workers salary there are other companies who are doing the same thing and sad to say even the government here cannot do anything at all! I know a lot of Filipinos who still have pending cases in Labor Department some of them are waiting for years for justice! Most of them filed complaints regarding their unpaid salaries not even 5% of this issue hasn't been resolved. So, instead of them filing a complain about their company they keep everything to themselves fear that the company will cancel them and they might not get anything at all. I hope this site can help me and give me information about other companies who has the same issues as Seaworks ; companies that should be blacklisted. I wish that our Philippine Government will also take action and help our kabayans who are still suffering not only in Qatar but in other GCC countries.

I agree with all the people who made a comments in this blog for SEAWORKS Company-Qatar.For your info I am the latest victim of this Company under the management of Mahmoud Khalil Mahmoud.I would like to advice all my countrymen and all the agency in the Philippines and all over the world that please take a neccessary caution in joining this Company because this is not a company and this is a very very very bad company I work in my life.I work 8 months in this company after that resign due to so many reason now I am already in the Philippines and I will do all the necessary action to blacklist this company in order stop this wrongdoing.This Seaworks Company is represented by OZEM agency and have a pending case with AL ASAL agency in the POEA.I will give you more information about this company later.

I want to advice all the agency and my friends who are planning to join this company to take necessary caution so that you will not regret later. Nonetheless, I will post all the relative documents (signed by you cowards) online next week for everyone to read, to make an objective judgment if the company is at fault or the cowards.

The initiator of this claim (Anthony Gladwin Dias) was caught forging official documents to transfer his residency, hence was terminated and given the opportunity to find another job in Qatar but failed to secure another job within 3-months and was repatriated. The company refused to pay him for un-worked days (3-months) although the company gave him free food & accommodation.
Based on the false claim letters sent from Mr. Dias to the Qatar Labor Department, they sent investigators to audit all our HR & payroll records and found them to be in order and they officially announced that his claim was false. And one of their investigators wrote a report on this website.
I will post the link to the documents once prepared so everyone can view them. I challenge all of you cowards to announce your real names (instead of hiding behind code names) so I can post your documents online for everyone to verify your claims.

These allegations made by some of ex-employees of Seaworks, are baseless about Melco Management Consultants.Melco Management Consultants., never involved in these kind or recruitment activities and we never recruited any manpower for Seaworks, Doha, Qatar, for last 15 years. We are very selective about of overseas clients and this is the first time in our 35 years services we are getting some complaints through Google Search. We never deal with such kind of fraudulent companies in Gulf. There are also some jobseekers they are also trouble makers.

Seaworks Company ..There is no Professionalism.. Don't Waste your Life
My Opinion is don't join the company. No professionalism. All Management people are lier.
No management there. Don't spoil your life.
I was worked as a IT Engineer for 2 years. There is no Proper HR system. Office Boy's are doing HR jobs. The HR Kassem is big sitting doll, don't not doing anything. The Management doesn't give any instruction. Only Kamal The office assistant will give instruction to do job. They don't have the money to provide Tea to the employer. Only MD, Manager, HR only can drink company tea and will be provide by Office Assistant. Everyone else can take tea bags, sugar, Tea cup from their own. I never see these type of management in my life. They think only three peoples are employee and others are not an employee.
I am Durairaj from Tamilnadu, India. I have worked as a IT Administrator in Seaworks Co in Qatar for last two Years.
I have asked leave salary for last two years more than 15 times, they are not replied well and given termination letter on June 14, 2018. When i asked my settlement, Pending salary, NOC, Experience Certificate they refused to give and made fake run away on me at June 20 evening.
But, I complained in Al Khor Police Station on June 20, 2018 morning 10.40am. They Told me, " We can't take this case. and I have to go to labour department after EID holidays. Until that don't go any places and keep waiting in company accommodation".
I have waited in the company accommodation until reopen of Labour Office. I went to Labour department on 24, June and made complain and sends the official resignation to the Company at 9 pm of same day.
The Company HR came to labour department on 25th June and told to officer that Company are not provided any termination letter to me and I have to work another one more month. But, I told them the company has already given termination letter that i have deleted some files. I can't go back, they will start complain again that i have taken something from the company. It's happened to too many employee before. So, I can't go back.
But, the labour department has told me, " I have to work another one more month". I requested them to cancel that. But, they told me i should work another one more month.
Then, i went back to the company and sends email to the MD and HR to cancel the fake run away and asked my mail ID back to work on the IT. But, MD came from his room and takes the laptop from me and pull me out of office. I refused to go outside and start working again. After sometimes he came back again and pull me out of office. I told him, i can't go outside and your HR at labour department told i have to work another one more month. SO, I can't go outside. Otherwise provide my termination to leave the office.
They called police. I explained everything to the police, but they take me into police station and put me in lockup. When i ask why pull me in jail. I have labour department complain and all other prove. But, the officer told me, " The company made me run away from he company".
I told them that a fake one and i am in company Accommodation. But, they told me, investigation will be in CID office. They take me in CID office on 26 June and put me jail.
I have attended the 1st Court on 27 June and 2nd court on 9 July. I have clearly explain everything and given my proves to them. On 19 July they send me back to India.
The Company has taken everything from my room which includes my laptop, Money 8, 400 QAR and all my personal things from me. This is happening not only to me. Happening to most of the employee who is leaving from the company.
