Seeinfobiz Pvt Ltd — FUll and Final Settlement

This company has not cleared full and final settlement of all who resigned in last 6 months.HR does not have a specific timeline when this will be cleared.

This company (SEEinfobiz) has a record of harassing employees while they are in company and also once they leave the company.Such companies don't deserve to be there ###$$%%.

My company is planning to invite them for their Power Statement product, please do let me know the quality and its support or maintenance.

I agree company do not provide orignal marksheets, Form 16, Relieving letter .
Demanding for 3 months salary in return of above.

This company is really not good... those people are making fool to the people. Indirectly people from seeinfobiz spoiling career of the IT professional. This kind of companies should be wind up by the government.

It's true.

The HR Rules are total against the employee. There is a bond for 2yrs to hold the employee bz no one would like to stay in this company. The CEO is the most horrible person. They take your certificate and will create lots of problem. Not a single employee in that company was Happy to work. Seeinfobiz Should get the Award of "Worst Company Ever

It's been a long time(more then 4 months) we have left Seeinfobiz.But still we have not recieved any intimation or updates from you regarding our documents and salary. As per company's policy we had given proper 3 months notice and also the handover. we are following up from a long time. but we are not getting any proper response...Ratnangad & Ashutosh

Iam working in this company since 3 years, And have never faced such problem.
These comments are wrriten by the people who dont follow rules and regulation and take HR for ransome. When they want to leave job the dont give proper handover also, I think no other company should entertain such people who dont follow processess and make it worst for them and company.
Ashutosh had left the job once because of a good offer and was kicked from the company he joined so came back to seeinfobiz and he was accepted as part of seeinfobiz.

At all grapes are sour when you dont get them.
Well the company is doing very good since many years and many like these will come and go.
Iam having a good exprience and so i shared. Its a good place to work if you seriously want to work.

I agree with the above this company is worst, they harass employes, no one should work with them.

i disagree on what rajiv says i don, t thing some one named rajiv works in seeinfobiz
this is done by someone who is close to management in seeinfobiz.

I disagree since Im aware that Rajiv works with Seeinfobiz as Im still a part of organisation and the above statement is written by someone who is not aware of all the employees.

I also have not seen such an unprofessional organization in my life, where CEO herself encourage harassment practices.

CEO herself encourages to delay payments for the expenses incurred by employees and simply don't entertain the ex-employees for full & final settlements.

They had not settled my F&F, even they have stopped responding.

Seeinfobiz Ha Ha Ha... A big company to work.There can be a book written on the things of the Organisation.Listing few of them
1 The CEO who is a BIG HORROR to work with
2. Employees stayed long are not capable to get work outside or all chamchas of the CEO
3. Going through LOSS
4. CEO - Greedy Women with no top floor
5. The CEO is responsible for the harassment's blames the employees to keep herself safe
6 The CEO can do anything to harass people
7 The employees are writing good things only to save their recruitment
8 No HR policy are followed
9 Joining Seeinfobiz means blacklisting your career with your own hands
10 If you all have some brains do not join Seeinfobiz this is a true fact

The above list can go on and on... so do not spoil your life by joining SEEINFOBIZ. I am sure it can get a reward for worst company.

Thanks a lot guys this I got a call from this company few months back. I got shortlisted but when they asked me to submit the original document & sign a contract for one or two years with them. My parents asked me not to join. The above new sis eye opener, Thanks a lot guys.

Christy signing contract and bonds is a practice which most of the employers do even there are company's they preserve an original document and it is handed over back while exit.

It is on the individual decision whether he/she accepts the above the terms or no.

No one is compelled to accept.
