I am a consumer of Selvi Gas Agency located at Karampakkam near Porur and their telephone no. is 24761170/24761161
Earlier we were under Shivsankar Agency, Porur and before six months we have been informed by Selvi Agencies (the current distributor) that service for Gerugambakkam area has been transferred from Shivasankar Agency to Selvi Agencies including ours (consumer no. 4997). And then on the problem starts. The Agency people (Selvi Agency) have been delaying on the distribution of cylinder.
Every time when we book they used to tell 15 days time for delivery but it will take 30 days. That also we should call them frequently from the 16th day. Minimum 10 calls to go. Then only they will send.
When getting delivery if we check the bill it will be pre-dated. That is only after 15 – 20 days of billing date we will get delivery. I don’t know whether this Agency people are delaying or the delivery agent is delaying. But the problem is we have to wait at home from the 15th day to till delivery date. Atleast they can give a correct date so that we can finish our outside work.
Not only for me this problem our neighbours were also having the same.
Kindly look into it and take action on this complaint.
