senorita — Instrument defect

Hi Folks. This is Vishwa who recently got an Senorita model for 25K which was initially good for 2 weeks. Later the cloths began to tear when it was washed in the instrument.I even called up to the Customer Care and complained about the issue I was facing. The executive who promised me to come and get it repaired dint do so for 1 week. And again fake promises that he will come and get it done. But dint come and get it done. IFB models are very poor quality and the agents who work for the organization is also very disgusting. Service is also very sad. I recommend all not to go for this fake company called IFB.

My permanant consumer number is 2023140.I have registered my complaint regarding above mentioned subject two times over consumer helpline number [protected].On first complaint a person, Janarthanan came and told that the heater is in good condition,but the problems may in connecton,so he would come tomorrow with proper instruments.But he closed the complaint without attending it.Based on my second complaint,after many days,a person came and told that the heater to be replaced and it would be done tomorrow.Next day he telephoned and said,the heater is not in stock.More than 15days over now,no information regarding this subject. so please look in to the matter and get it done with top priority.
