I bought this Ac from Home town Sector 18, Noida.
I have made compaint through phone atleast 10 times, but didnt get any response.
The AC piece sent to my home doesnt cool ne small room.
Infact its a defected piece, i beiive.
When it was sent, your service manager himself said that its a defected piece and it has many problems.
Please come and check the AC. otherwise i shall take some action.

Sensei air conditioner — Sensei defective product
I have purchased the Spilt 1.5 ton A/c unit from Ezone raguleela mall branch at Kandiwali mumbai on 25/10/09.Since May i m compainling to Ezone and service center till today and asking fro replacment and nothing has been done.
Earlier problems water leakage and then no cooling. My Rs. 21000 are on fire. Please help.
