This company is manipulating the facts as per its whims and wishes to hold the salary and as and when contacted refuse to give the straight anwsers to its employees. Despite repeated mails and keeping in view the status of their affiliation to the foreign company, malpractices still continue. It is quite visible that human resources dept. plays quite different games with its employees and are not afraid of complaints being forwarded to any authority what so ever. i would appreciate if the HR Dept. takes early action to avoid the case to be dragged to the court.
