service industry — Wrong information of Train
I have booked a ticket from Rjy to Vskp on train Simhadri on 07/06/09, Since it is summer i have purchasd a tickets for AC chair Car. Before one hour of train arrival of scheduled time i have enquired to 139..They informed me that it is running late by 45 mins and it reaches Rjy at 1405 hrs. As i reached the station around 1345 hrs and enquried abt the train platform.. they said it is already left at 1330 hrs.
I have lost my time n money as false information given by the railway enquiry on 139, i placed a complaint at RJY station regarding this situation... But they told that it is a central enquiry and we have to look after it..
I hope they wont give this kind of informations to any one who will travel in emergency cases.

Dear Sir,i am sharad sitaram lonkar submit pf from reginal PF office @ Pimpri Chinchwad Akurdi Dt. 07.05.2009
After 40 Days submit Pf amount on A/C, TODAY TILL DATE NO ANY PF AMOUNT NOT CREDITED TO MY A/C.
Plz take necessary action & give valuable reply

service industry — cancellation of my credit card
I didnot get any hard copy of the bill statement from April until now. I am not using my credit card for the past 3 months. I will not pay any amount without getting the bill statement. I have already made many complaints regarding this issue and I am not satisfied with your service. So I wish to cancel my credit card since I am not using it anymore.
