i am haveing my current acs in bank of baroda malbar hill branch since last 25 years my current ac no is[protected] chetan parekh my mob no is [protected] in my branch there is no facility of accepting service tax so thay sugested to deposit at opera house bank of baroda branch my person went there thay refuse to take my service tax challan with bob malbar hill branchs cheque because thay says we will not do extra claricalwork your acs at malbarhill branch so go any where else pl guide me where to deposit my service tax challan can thay refuse like this can any branch can refuse like this pl give reply asap

I would be like to register the complaint with you regarding Mr.Naveen Pawar office at 155, Vardhman City Centre II, Local Shopping Complex, Near Shakti Nagar Railway Bridge, Gulabi Bagh, Choki No 2, New Delhi- 110052 against the basic law of Excise Dept.(Service Tax), he is running some unauthorized consultancy and they charging some cash amount from candidate and company without any service tax no.

I would be like to register the complaint with you regarding M/s Coastal Infra(Service Tax Reg No-AACFC5877FST001) whose Office address is Tantra, 119 Guruswamy Nagar Amravati Street, Bharatiar, University Post, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, Pin-641046 & M/s Pratik Associates (Service tax Reg No-AAEFP4784AST001), 210, Manorama Estate, Rasulgarh, Bhubneswar-Orissa-751010.

Against the basic law of Excise Dept.(Service Tax), he has been misappropriating the service tax to a large extent. They obtained a Valid Registration Certificate from Service Tax Deptt.against which they are charging Service Tax, but in spite of that he is not depositing the same to the Govt. & got involved in a grand theft of the same. Both of the name owned by Mr.Sunil Kr Shah, who is basically a contractor & also got several contract from M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited (ECC DIV). If you send a quarry to M/s L&T whose address is :-L&T-House, Ballard Estate, N.M.Marg, P.B No-278, Mumbai-400001, India address to Mr.A.M.Naik(MD & Chairman-L&T) everything will be cleared & we may save money for nation.

Being a concerned citizen I feel it my duty to inform the concerned authorities so that appropriate action can be taken. Kindly the look into the same and punish the culprit at the earliest.

At Delhi, Kamla Nagar market, E-166 there is restaurant name CHENNAI hot cafe. They did n't give bill on any item. After asking for bill they reject to give.
The cafe is high on sale . Thus they must have to pay the taxes to government .

what are doing the service tax / sales tax / central excises.with out paying any tax the mtrl going out side. the transporter are geeting lot of benifit/ from service tax , example : ALL INDIA TPT/NEW BOMBAY TPT/VIJAYA DURGA TPT/ NAGARJUNA TPT/ NAVASHED TPT/ KTR TPT / TNT TPT/ PAWAN ROADLINES /


THEY ARE NOT PAYING ANY TAX . LOT OF MONEY GOING BLACK .

In tamilnadu more then 50 contractors doing the erection and commissioning of electrical Works in GOV Department on contract Basic they are not paying the service tax Example M/s Sabari electrcals No 167/1 Peters road Chennai. the have Reg Office And Factory At no 5 kathiresan street Ganamoorthy Nager Ambattur Chennai 53. They are doing Contract work in Corporation of Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, And trichy, And More Then 10 municipality. they not submited service tax.There Turn Over More then the 15 core / Year. and but in spite of that he is involved in a grand theaft of service tax. and many more contractor involved in chinnai. Being a concerned citizen I feel it my duty to inform the concerned authorities so that appropriate action can be taken.

Against the basic law of Excise Dept.(Service Tax), he has been misappropriating the service tax to a large extent. There is no approval from the Service Tax Dept. but in spite of that he is involved in a grand theaft of service tax. Being a concerned citizen I feel it my duty to inform the concerned authorities so that appropriate action can be taken.

I am registering complaint, about a Vodafone Mini Store Owner, Mr. Deepak Sharma Plot no. 2014 Awas Vikas No.3 Panki Klayanpur Road Kanpur. He is running his VMS Shri Ji Communication, on behalf of M/S Connecting World. He is not paying service tax of this firm since 6 years, although he was getting from Vodafone, but he is not paying to the service tax department. Now he has changed his firm name,
Being a good citizen, this is my kind request to Service Tax Department to take strictly action against this type of person who makes fraud to Government as well as to the Indian peoples also. The action should be taken as earlier.

I am very sorry to write this, your department is very lazy, twice a time I written a complaint about a Vodafone Mini Store, but nobody is there to handel these type of complaint. This store is thefting service tax since 6 years, now he has changed his firm name to save service tax. Old name is Connecting world. plot no. 2014 Awas vikas no. 3 Panki Kalyanpur Road, new firm Shri Ji Communication Plot no. 2014 Awas Vikas No. 3 Panki kalyanpur Road Kanpur. the person is same in the both firm

it is a restaurant Little Italy - Ghatkopar which instead charging me 4.94% on just the service charge they put a tax on the complete amount 1600 + 80(service charge) and charged me 79rs service tax.

According to common sense service tax can only be charged on service charge and not the complete bill they have been doing this since very long now.

I Would like to register a complaint about Mr. Vijaykumar, Mrs.Rajani vijaykumar and Mr.Abhishek Vijaykumar, Directors of M/s Sevenh Logistics Pvt Limited, No.150, Malleswaram Arcade, 7th Cross, Margosa road, Malleswaram, Bangalore.

They were doing business of Logistics of Coal. They were dealing with ACC and Ultra Tech Cement Companies. From port they will transfer the loads to the concern plants of the mentioned companies. They will get a service Charges for the same.

While preparing the bills they will collect the service tax from 2009, but till now they haven't paid the same to the department. Total of that will come to more that 5 Crores.

So, this is my kind request to Service Tax Department to take strictly action against this type of person who makes fraud to Government as well as to the Indian peoples also.

I have already complained about the Service Tex theft in my town but you don't take any action about them. There are some medical and store who do not pay the service Tex as well as there is no Pharmacist license for operating there medical shop while the rule has passed for every medical shop that a pharmacist license is required for particular medical shop. These medical shop have income more than 6-7lak/year.

I would be like to register the complaint with you regarding M/s ADROIT TECHNICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD., 508, 5th Floor, Devika Tower, Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad (NCR). Against the basic law of Excise Dept.(Service Tax), they have been misappropriating the service tax to a large extent. They are charging service charges from the customers but not providing any receipt. They are involved in such a big theaft of service tax. Being a citizen I feel it is my duty to inform the concerned authorities so that appropriate action can be taken.

Need service tax clarification for covered parking in residential bldg.
builder is asking for 12.36%, on 3lakhs for covered parking.is it 3.09% or 12.36% on full amount.
Its not clear in the revised service tax abt this.
Govt should differentiate from paid parking from res car parking, it only says, construction of parking taxable.
Its the duty of govt to clear this.as builders are asking full tax becos of govt unclear law.
Also, the builder charges 24%on any delayed payment.why there is no time frame for the builder to hand over.is it open.no law, if he cheats or delays so.why.
Whats the nexus bet govt n real estate-pls clarify.
