Respected Sir,
My Name is Rajendra Singh,a resident of Nagaon District(Assam),I stayed Dibrugarh for my job Search.One day I Noticeced an Office cum NGO, Namely-"Seuz Society" at Lalukagaon, Dibrugarh. There I met a person named Mr.Bipul Saikia(Branch Manager) and He confused me about the objectives of the NGO.I registered there as a Job Seeker and Paying Rs.200/-(Not refundable).After This I met Mr. Jibul Gogoi,The so called Managing Director of the N.G.O. cum Job Consultancy and He convinced me to Pay Rs.2 Lac for the Appointment of ‘Welfare Officer ‘Post at any one of the Tata Tea Estates in Assam, But He asked me to Pay a small sum of money to further proceedings. He took the Xerox Documents of my Qualification and 5 Photographs along with my Resume.
After a few days I came to Nagaon to Manage the Amount , and accordingly I deposited Rs Twenty Thousand Only from Nagaon S.B.I.Branch to his S.B.I. a/c No.[protected].
However they Acknowledge receipt and Called me Dibrugarh For further Legal proceedings. They make a legal ‘Deed of agreement’ and hand over the deed to me, They Promised me to give the job within three months. They also took Rs. Five thousands and give me hope .
But, after several weeks they did not receive my phone calls, both they keep their phones in unreachable or off mode.
Sir I’m a poor ,low cast boy, and now I am suffering from ‘Asthma’ disease. I have not a little money to visit Dibrugarh to Search them.One of my Relative contact them but they threatened him to kill me or apply the force of isurgent organizations, such as ULFA.
Sir, Kindly help me in this matter to recover my money and to punish the guilty persons or organization.
