[Resolved]  Sewage Overflow — HMWS & SB

Dear Sir,

Since last one month the sewerage of our apartment[protected], Begumpet) is overflowing in the parking area and basement, causing terrible inconvenience to the residents. We have approached Mr. Yadagiri (a HMWS & SB employee, Prakashnagar) for cleaning this mess 3-4 times during this one month and they've tried clearing it both manually as well as with the help of machine. However, the situation did not improve yet. We've spent nearly Rs.2500 (till date) for the same with no positive results. This is for your information that our customer account no.(CAN) is[protected] and till date we've been paying the water bill in time regularly. So this is our earnest request to HMWS & SB to attend to this matter at the earliest and help out the residents from the terrible distress they are suffering due to sewerage overflow.
