[Resolved]  Shahid om prakash gas agency — LPG GAS

Hi,

I have booked a gas on[protected] time 04:16 Pm and booking no-27. Today is[protected] and still I have not received the gas.i went to go the gas agency and listion to booking gas by phone but he told "it is not booked my computer."

Each time after booking the gas I have to call 3/4 times to get it delivered. It seems that until and unless I am calling them back they are not supposed to deliver. This is not the first time that it happened. Every time I book the gas and I get assurance of getting it within 7days of time. But he told that" it is our conection transfer any gas agency."

For last 1and half years I am facing this problem. Now if this is the service level or trend that you follow then please mention it explicitly/ inform us so we can switch to other provider.

Please remember by providing gas you are not doing any favour to me - its your duty to deliver the service to the customer.

Please solve the matter ASAP if it is possible for you.
