[Resolved]  SHAH'S ELECTRONIC SHOWROOM — Worst service

Damn pathetic service in Tnagar shah..at first Prakash, irresponible person has lot of work attitude and has nothing towards customer services and at times he spoke to us very rudely when we asked ur request...second 'Rajesh' assistant manager does not able to deliver of what he has promised and will not attend the phone even knowingly...
*** they lost our Application form which we had given 2 days before the final documentation and made s to wait for 4 hrs ******

*****they did not send me the gift, though i confirmed before the delivery on exact day ..when i put up my query prakash told that Auto has before he came down from the staircase***Stupid answer.

It takes atleast 5 days it seems to see ur product even i[censored] paid..i personlly request anyone not to choose shahs and particularly Tnagar...Thanks

Sales person in Shahs are pathetic, we request anybody not to choose SHAHS fo any reason at all. Person exp made me say this. Beware of SHAHS customer service !!!

This is no news from Shah's, be it Mount Road or Mylapore or else where... The employees are so unfriendly that they refuse to attend your queries. I had dropped in Mylapore Shah's yesterday to have look at the offers that they claimed. Its all fake... Its too expensive to buy from Shahs though they boast of lowest prices... Very lethargic and indifferent atttitude and WORST AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Never go to Shah's.. IMHO!!!

Bad Experience with Shah Showroom, @ OMR. Insufficient knowledge in sales reprensentatives. Providing false information for making sales. Beware and avoid your purchases @ Shah electonics..

Hi, I am a regular customer for Shah's showroom, Chrompet branch. This year 2013 the first day[protected] i planned to buy some home appliance to my home. I live in pallavaram. decided to purchase LG 42" smart tv, LG microwave 2 (one for me and one for my relative) IFB Washing machine. total bill comes 1.40 Lakh. how the customer will be treated. they not even given one glass of water. thats fine. I spoked to one sales person he doesnt know anything about the product features, stock and etc. finally settled the bill. all products has been delivered after a week except the LG42". they promised us that tv will reach you in another one week. we waited for two weeks still it is not delivered and nobody from shah have informed anything about the delivery. Then i called them, nobody was taking response. after few minutes manager have spoked to me that your tv will reach you in another 2 or 3 days. that too not confirmed. after one week nothing had happened. again call them asking for the delivery somebody will pick up and ask for the whole story. then they give some date that this will be delivered in this date. i definetly know that it will not deliver.
so i decided to call direct LG sales person. I dont know what for the LG Direct Sales / Manager are doing. better LG can run the show without the sales or mananger. No proper response got from LG. And i dont know next whom should i contact. people from LG is totally waste. waste of your energy, waste of phone call charge cost and waste of time.
Again went back to Shah calling them again ask for the LG product. After some struggles, by god's grace finally the TV got delivered on 01/02/2013. After one month we got theTV. The people are not responsible in that showroom. i am regular customer but i got very experience from SHAH chrompet. Finally they have given the manual bill instead of computerized bill, saying the system is not working. In Shah the system is also not working. 15/02/2013 we got the computerized bill. After 1000 calls, spend more time and follow ups with showroom i got these things done.NOT by themselves.
Please make sure whether the product available or not? very good lesson learnt from SHAH Chrompet.

It was my worst experiance to buy something from shah I bough chimney from shah before buying i just confirm how much installation charges and everything they cheated me badly they send some fake people to say that person come from glem company actually he was local guy and he wsa asking 5000 for installation i brough chimney in 9000 and i have to pat 5k for service really they make fool to people and shah service it too worst they showroom guys r not so friendly

Worst service and cheating in chrompet shahs. I bought a AC in last month they told we are offering sakthi booster for AC in your home voltage problem there u buy premier stabilizer double booster price is 3400 after exchange of sakthi booster worth 900 and also arrange finance.i booked booster and AC via finance and paid the initial amount also. After few days before delivery I asked the rating of booster they said 4kva. But in the market same premier 5kva double booster price is 4240 including taxes.but shahs price for 4kva is 3400 plus 14.5 percent and replacement amount 900 total 5200 for 4kva they cheated customers like that. I cancelled the booster and waiting for payment more than 20 days, that show room incharge Pratap not took phone and behaviour also worst,

This is the comment given by LG technician who visited my house To fix the cooling issue in refrigerator i purchased,

After Investigation, LG company replaced refrigerator after one month.

And more ever, Shas staff does not know how to behave... ...Poor service

I bought a 49" LG Smart LED, a washing machine and double door refrigerator all costing about 2.32 lakhs from Shah in Anna Nagar showroom on 8th Marvh 2016. They were very sweet until I paid the cash. But, have been calling them for installation and the response is disappointing. I found the showroom manager very unhelpful and they don't pick up their landline calls. Very bad service and will never recommend them to anyone. Regards, Sam

Dont buy anything from Shah its an kind advice. There sending damage peace only. If anything like TV, Fridge, AC you booked it wont delivery properly they will take lot of time and no one will response . Please be carefully

My sincere advice to all Don't buy anything from Shah. I bought AC last Saturday and till no response for installation. the Service person who promised to be installed by Tuesday is attending calls. Tried t provide feedback on their website but they are clever to stop the feedback when clicked on submit button.

I went to Shahs Ambattur branch to purchase an mobile, i have clearly told the sales person that my expectation is to buy an mobile with display size of 5.4 or 5.5 as my father needs a small phone, he immediately suggested me Samsung M11 and he said confidentially that it display size is 5.5, after the billing, i unboxed and see it was as big as 6+ inch, i told him that the display size is 6+, he was casually saying that all new models are 6+ inch, really very poor service, it was my mistake to go for showroom rather order it online.
