Sharma Gas Company Uttam Nagar — not picked the phone

from last 7 days i try to booked my gas but the sharma gas agency not picked the phone and many times all phone of gas agency giving engage tone in working hours. One time they picked up my phone but i dont know that thy have booked it or not but its regular probleb the numbers always comes busy.
Requesting you to please lodge my complaint against sharma gas agency and take immediate action. my consumer no is 36700

i am trying to book my gas cylinder from last 15 days. in raj flame, mohan garden

but they dont take call

i am very much depressed.

my consumer no is srf6401 in raj flame

Yes, Sharma Gas agency is the worst one. They never attend the phone calls the phone numbers are always busy or they don't pick the call. This is going on for quite long.

I complained the delivery guy passing by and I was replied the staff is careless and not concerned about the customers. The owner comes only in the evening to collect the cash. He is not concerned about all that as we just have these two numbers only i.e. 28564167, 28564166. Can we complaint anywhere else. Please sort out the issue or guide us in this matter

From last 20 days i try to booked my gas but the sharma gas agency not picked the phone and many times all phone of gas agency giving engage tone in working hours. my both gas celinder are empty. so finally i booked gas through "1260" on - 30th September 2009 but till date i havent received my cylender, so please lodge my complaint against sharma gas agency and take immediate action. my consumer no is 35106.

cooking gas — all phones are engaged whole day

Respected sir,
it's highly difficult for us to book gas in the gas in the phone as all phones are either enggaged whole day.Once luckly i managed to talk one girl employee at you Bollarum offfice i was misinformed that double cylenders are being issued i went to your office all the way to collect the double cylender only to learn that it has not been issued as yet.
Kindly look at the problem we r facing due to this kind of behaviour of your employees.

less quentity of gas supplied by the agency and not only providing delivery at home incase you want to take from Godan they are not provinding options for that.

yes I am agree with this complaint. Everytime Phone lines are engaged. I can't understand what they do in office. It is very difficult to contact them. Mobile number is also switched off . Please do something in this regard.
