Dear Sir,
I travelled in your 10:30 PM service from Bangalore to Chennai(Multi-Axle Volvo A/c) on Friday June 24th. The bus was break down at around 3:30 AM near Wallajah Toll which is 120 Kms away from Chennai. All the passengers are stranded in the middle of highway for more than 1 hour as you didn't make any alternate arrangements. We had to then stop busses towards chennai and most o[censored]s had to travel in Cabin. I got a seat in another bus with the help of your driver and had to pay Rs. 200 more to reach chennai. The driver told like we all will be getting a refund and you will promptly give it as you are a standard company. But i don't think so as you don't even address the customers apologizing for the inconvenience caused.
It was really a horrible experience with you and it made a bad impression on your service. We are paying more for Multi-Axle Volvo but still didnt get the expected comfort or satisfaction. Is this the way to earn money from the customers without offering them a good service.
I am not worried about the refund money but atleast you should have communicated to the customers offering your apology for the inconvenience cause. Will you keep quiet if the same thing is happening to you on midnight when you are travelling with your family. Atleast try to avoid this kind of things in the future and try to take the responsibility.
