Dont send him that money it's a scam, u dont pay to win the lottery.. u'll never se the grand pirce of 800.000 usd never.. even i[censored] send him 400 usd... that's what the scam is bould on.. he says u have won, and to get ur money u need to pay 400 usd. but u will never get the price !!

I have aan e-mail from SHELL OIL CO OPERATION LOTTERY OFFICE, that informed me I won 250, 000.00 pounds. Followed by a letter that I must have a bank account in Standard chartered International bank Plot543wuse zone 5Abuja ( United Kingdom}. They asked for all pertinent information about me and then I would have a bank accout and they would tell me how to obtain the money???Is this anything real? [protected]@cox.net

why can't the internet sites or web hosts help trap the SOB's before they get money from desperate people in need of money, even if a long shot. in todays age of electronics and security it makes me wonder who is really in charge of the scams. i have had scams with names like Shell Oil, FBI USA, UK lottery etc etc etc, and award certificates, photocopies of cheques etc etc, there has to be a way to get these people who freely fleese the poor people of the world. this is nothing more than organized crime that appears to be left alone. i have contacted many with information, but it seems no law office is interested in getting envolved

I have received the same message from SHELL LOTTERY and they told me that I have won 400 000 Dollars and told me to send them a scan of my driving license and application form and then they told me that I have to pay 750 Dollars to Money Transfer Union to in first they said a MRS adams robert and then they changed their minds and told me to mohamed hosin from nigeria, abuja ... well I wondered how the hell a winner of a prize should pay that money ? first they said I have to pay 17000 Dollars and then They said I have to pay 750 Dollars !!! they really confused me and I don't know what to do now ! believe them or not ..
