Yesterday (27/11/2012) I purchased my two wheeler engine oil from varthur road shell petrol bunk. There was an offer written in the oil bottle for scratch card. So I asked for the scratch card to check my luck. But he told we are giving that and we don't have the same. So I wonder why they are selling these products without the offer material?

NO Air in your petrol bunks ... In Malya road dated 24/4/09 at 8.45AM andYasavanthapur in front of Karnataka Soaps and detergents ltd.
Bengaluru- on 22/4/09---- past 7 days.
If we enquired your staff, they are giving reasons like
air pump and nozzels are not working in malya road.
I am a regular customer since five years.
Please rectify the same inconvenience to the coustomer
