this is to complaint about the vouchers available as also told earlier by other customers, i was also told about a voucher of rs 5000 which will include 2+2 people and i can choose any package including the train fares.but today they tell that i hav to pay more amount of money if i go to any destination cus the package available is per person.today even when i call on the numbers told to me noone picks up the phone and therefore no confirmation is given to me.this to complaint that makemytrip cant share their customers information to any third party who is cheating with making false statements to just sell their products.i hope the concern authority will see to this matter Was this information helpful? | |

FRAUD - MAkeemytrip and ShiftThoughts
Make My trip seems to be one of the most unprofessional company i have delat with. Some irresponsible useless people from ShiftThoughts are calling me saying that they are representing MMT, I wanted to get it confirmed with MMT but each department is least responsible to take the complain. They disconnect the call giving other department number.
I feel MMT is responsible for this for sharing our data with other companies.
Some Himansu, Ishu etc calling from ShiftThoughts. these people do not have the calling manner also.
These people must be jailed for irritating and cheating customers.

I am receiving many calls from the number and offer various schemes of MAKEMYTRIP, and ask to pay rs. 6311, immediately, makemytrip should make inquiry into the matter, while asking for e mail of the scheme, no email is reveived.
Maa mobile — Voucher complaint
Here in Joda most of the shop take more price than MRP .Though the communication to this place is easy, no one complain against it.But I don't have any proof about this.For Airtrel DTH recharge Maa Mobile take more 10 rupees than the recharge value excluding tax.
They are cheating me too. They go on the record that during the introduction call we give you all information. Now we are not responsible for whatever happens about the vouchers. I purchsed the vouchers on Dec. 7th and they say their system shows that I purchased on Nov. 13th. So I cant redeem my vouchers because one year is past. So unprofessional company which cant keep records of the transactions, receipts and courier tracking numbers. Thats the minimum information that a company should maintain. Now they are testing me to see if I have any copies so that they can take advantage of it. Big scamsters.
Anyone has feedback about what happened with the cunsumer court? Moreover whats their address? They dont provide physical address. MMT and shift thoughts should be dragged to court. Please provide me their address if anyone has it.

They are cheating people in same way. For my case they told me it is domestic package. You pay approx 7600 bugs. We will give u 2000 flight ticket 4000 hotel vouchers and Rs 14000 holiday package.
When I asked then can I use all at one go. They said yes and explained me by taking example of leh package which cost Rs 22000. They told me you can use 2000 for flight hotel 4000 and over all tour package of 14000.
When I make the payment they sent me coupon. With lots of terms and condition. When I called they told me when you are making online payment all the terms and conditions are mentioned there. You have to first read it before payment. While when I was making payment they said that make the payment fast page will expire else..
When I called booking department they told we cannot help u. U should contact sells department,
I made a complain. They called me and told me that You cann't refund you voucher. It is not refundable.

2. Per round trip Rs 500.
You can easily get 400 to 500 discount on other web site with discount coupon and code. Every month there is offer.
Hotel :
Minimum stay you have to for 4 days and 3 nights. Per booking.
You will get Rs 1000 discount. If you directly booking from yatra even u get Rs 500 discount. And when you book from other site ( there are many) you will get offer of 33% to 50 % discount maximum to Rs 2000. SO over all you will find yourself cheated.

Best way is to publishes this matter atleast other people cann't be fooled like we all.

But Every Minute they change their COMMITMENT . whatever they said before. Even no one didn't answer my question.
Everyone says don't want to pay the money immediately, but once u confirmed i want this offer then we will send that discount card after using that u can pay the AMOUNT within a year. for confirmation u want to enter which bank card details not orally from ur phone u have to enter each and everything. Pls PLS don't give your bank card details for IVR calls also. Easily they will debit the amount from our card.
It is biggest cheating and fraudluent.

Shift Thought consulting has cheated me by concealing facts about their offers. Initially they called me many times but i didnt talk to them.But after repeated calls i thought of talking to them.They told me that they will give me a separate discount card for the lifetime where i will get 25% discount on purchase all over india being the priviledge HDFC credit cards holder.I was told that i need not pay a single paise on this.So i agreed to go with their offer.But on 19th September 2012, they charged rs.5499 to my credit card without notifyting me and this i came to know when i got a message on my mobile.Just after 2 mins, they called me and tried to explain me on the offer they charged for Rs 5499.All these things should have been conveyed to me earlier.This is simply cheating the customers.
