I have been contacted by a placement agency by the name Shiv Shakti Placement, Green Park New Delhi for tha placement of a domestic maid. I have paid Rs. 18,000 as commission and Rs. 5,000 as one month advance salary, I have been given a signed copy of agreement by the agency representative.
After 1 week, the maid has flew from my home and I have informed this to the agency owner, after giving several reminders for the replacement of maid I requested to cancel the agreement and return my money. After 2-3 reminder call, the person has not been contacted as he switch off his phone. Also i have visited the Green park but found that there exist no address as mentioned in the agreement.
Please help me in recovering my money as this fraud company has cheated me.
