I have domestic Gas connection with H P Gas at Shivalik gas Co, Barewal, Ludhiana 141001 India.
It has become almost IMPOSSIBLE to book a gas on phone with this agency.They dont answer customer phone calls at all. Being a working woman I have no time to run around to book a cylinder and then to get one. I am fed up with the careless attitude of the staff of this agency. the delivery man of this agency doesnot give best services as he take the booking slip from the company but did not deliver the same at right time. customer get this disappointed from the service of this company.
