I ordered a Kindle touch for Rs 6640 on www.shopyourworld.com on 29th Nov 2011. I was initially given a delivery date of mid Dec. When I contacted customer service, I was told that it will be delivered by 28th Dec. After I contacted Customer service when the item was not delivered, I was told that the product will be delivered by 10th Jan. after one more missed delivery, I was given a date of 17th Jan, which moved to 24th Jan, which moved to 3rd Feb. Tracking the delivery online, the package has still not reached their global hub and I'm not sure if the product will ever be delivered to me. I have tried contacting customer service to cancel the order. Nobody answers the phone or chat. I sent them an email on 1st Feb asking them to cancel my order. Nobody has acknowledged the mail. I just want to cancel the order and have my entire amount refunded since I believe the product will never be delivered. My order number is TIN0441152US. Was this information helpful? |
