I placed an order of big jambox on shopyourworld.Com the details were as follows :- transaction details: order date : 7/18/2012 10:26:32 pm order number :[protected] total amount of order is : 30080.00 custom duty : 6580.00 I was supposed to receive the order in 15 working days however I waited for 2 months! until I cancelled my order. I was supposed to receive my refund in 15 wroking days but its been a month now and I have still not receive any refund . I keep on calling them and they keep giving me irrational excuses . I even have dated e-mails from their side promising me a refund with specific dates. I cancelled my order on 21st aug its 22nd sep and no refund yet. Kindly help
