I had ordered through "Manhattan GMAT edition 5" books through shopyourworld.com. The order (ORDER NO: SYWORD579) was placed on 06-OCT-2012 with the transaction of Rs.8000 made online through credit card.The shipment was suppose to reach me in 8-12 working days but i am still waiting for it (today is 02-nov-2012). The customer care just mislead me whenever i ask them about the status of the shipment. kindly suggest what shall i do in this case.
