We have purchased King Star from Shraddha Sky Shop, via., phone booking, bearing order no. 149951 dated 24th June, 2011, order being in the name of Mr. K. R. Jain, residing at 493/B/1, G.T. Road, Panchsheel Apartment, Block-G, Flat No. - 901, (S) Howrah- 711102.
The product being stopped working completely, from the very second use of it.
From that day we're trying to communicate with the company, but the numbers being provided on the products pakage of customer care are either unreachable or are not in use.
Kindly look into the aforementioned matter as soon as possible and do the needful.
